Maxitours at brilliant Bramall Park
A great day was enjoyed by all at Bramall Park. My players love it here. The Clubhouse was dark and dismal five years ago but is now possibly the very best in the area- there is a steady stream of local customers enjoying the wonderful food and service. A Brilliant example to all.
The golf course looks set to be superb this Summer after investment in an irrigation system the benefits will be felt for many years to come.
The report is shorter than usual as I am travelling to London.
Scoring was very close with three teams sharing 3rd on 84 points. Second place went to Sandiways Charles Hewitt, Gary Neiles , John Longworth and Carl Barks with a super 86 points.
Taking first place was Davenports Richard Blackwell, Gary Smith, John Hilton and Steve Austin with 89 points. The veteran quartet don’t his it far but they are very accurate and made the most of the firm running fairways. Well played chaps.
