The pairs event at Dunham Forest next Thursday is now an 11.30am start rather than the 12pm as advertised. Please make your team aware.

After the Christmas festivities and overindulgence get some fresh air and lose some of that pudding weight you may have gained! There are still limited spaces in these terrific January events.
